We are an ideal club for those who like to workout a little more privately in a relaxed and supportive atmosphere. In addition to our Gym, which overlooks the Kingfisher Lake, we offer free parking, table tennis, full changing facilities and our sauna & Steam Room.

All new members are fully inducted and set up
